The Trustees are responsible for overseeing services to the Township.
Spring Valley Township takes great pride in the 33 miles of road we are responsible for maintaining. We take care of issues like snow and ice and maintaining safe, drivable roads in the winter. As well as mowing four times in the summer months and making sure there are no trees hanging in the right of ways.
Please use the "Report an Issue" feature or call one of the Trustees to report a problem on a roadway.
Walton Park is located on the corner of Elm and Main Streets. We work hard to keep the park looking beautiful and making it a fun place for community members to spend time. Each spring the park hosts a FREE youth softball program for all children, even those who don't reside in Spring Valley Township.
In December 2012 the park received a new playground set and in September 2013 new swing sets! These new pieces of equipment where purchased with a combination of grants and money raised from parking during the potato festival.
The park also has a pavilion that is available to reserve. It is a great location for picnics, outings, meetings, and reunions!
